This week marks halfway through the term for us. This week our Year 5 and Year 6 students and teachers have been away from school for three days at camp. From all reports it has been a great experience for everyone. Many thanks to the teachers and parents who attended the camp.
In Week 7 parent/teacher interviews will be held. This is an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss each child's progress this year. School reports will follow on Monday of Week 10 (12/12). Please use the link attached in this newsletter today to book your interview time. The timeslots are 15 minutes in length.
The children enjoyed the sports Gala day last Friday as they moved into different sports activities. The student and teacher netball game was the highlight of the day. It was quite competitive but also lots of fun for competitors and spectators. Many thanks to Ms Tooth for organising the day.
Next week is an important week for Year 5 and Year 6 students who are making their Confirmation on Saturday November 19, at our St Bede's Parish Mass. The students have been learning about the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives as well as studying the life of the saint they have chosen. They take their saint's name at Confirmation. Please keep these students and their families in your prayers during this time.
